Kidney function tests: Kidney function analysis is used to identify and diagnose kidney problems, or in cases of diseases that may damage the kidneys, such as diabetes and high blood pressure. This analysis has a number of types, including:

Serum creatinine test:

This test checks the accumulation of creatinine in the blood, as the kidneys completely remove creatinine from the blood.

Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) test:

This analysis works to ensure the presence of waste products in the blood, and measures the amount of nitrogen in the blood

This test measures how well your kidneys filter waste.
